the proximity to the ferry terminal made exploration easy, and i loved the convenient access to transportation. the breakfast reminded me of a warm hug, with each dish carefully prepared. the personal touch from the hosts created a friendly atmosphere.
the absence of a lift meant a bit of a struggle with luggage, but the staff was quick to offer help.

poor showerhard car park
The shower did not impress. water pressure was practically nonexistent. I think it needs some work. also, finding the car park at night was like a treasure hunt with no map. i did circle the block a few times.

Fantastic Stay Near the Ferry Terminal!

The room had modern tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was cooked to order and tasted amazing!!! I enjoyed a double bed as a solo traveler. The parking at the back of the hotel was convenient.
The shower had limited water pressure and could use some updating.

The room included high-quality linen and a duck down quilt, offering a comfortable night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom was modern and very clean with a spacious shower cubicle. I also had a nice view overlooking the Mersey River.

adequate stay, some issues noticed
lack of elevatorinconsistent pressure
I found the lack of an elevator inconvenient. carrying luggage to my room proved difficult. the shower also had problems, providing inconsistent water pressure and needing maintenance. I expect more for the rate charged.
